1-1/2" oval brooch; made for my dear friend Sharon Benedict. The stamped brass frame belonged to her mother; the original porcelain insert got broken. Techniques: Dry sift background; wet pack trees & foliage. Completed May 2010.
This is a delightful brooch, and receives many comments when worn! It is so much better than the broken china that it replaced, I'm sure my mother, an artist as well loves it much better too!
